What It Costs, Straight Up
Is the call-out really free?
Yes. $0 Call Out Fee applies to every visit, whatever the job turns out to be, whether it's a quick look or a full repair.
Is there a minimum charge for a callout?
No minimum spend attached. You only pay for the work actually agreed, once fair, upfront pricing has been settled with you first.
Do you charge more for older homes or hard-to-reach pipes?
Access and the age of the fittings can add a little time to a job, and that's reflected honestly in the price we agree with you before starting, never added on afterward.
Are your prices the same for strata and rental properties?
Yes. Fair, upfront pricing applies the same way whether we're dealing with an owner, a tenant or a strata manager.

Licensing Questions, Answered
What qualifications does a licensed plumber actually need in NSW?
A recognised trade qualification and an individual or contractor licence issued under NSW Fair Trading rules, which our whole team holds under Lic #292427C.
Are you licensed for gas work as well as water?
Yes. Gas fitting carries its own separate licence under NSW rules, and our team holds both, so the same crew can handle a job that touches either trade.
What does Quality Workmanship Guaranteed mean?
It means the finished job is tested before we leave, not just switched on and left. If something's not right, we come back and fix it.
How long does the Lifetime Labour Warranty last?
Lifetime Labour Warranty means the labour on the work we've carried out is covered for good, so a repeat fault gets put right again at no extra charge.

Response Time Questions
What's the fastest way to reach you in an emergency?
Calling (02) 9134 9086 directly gets you a real person straight away, faster than filling out an online form.
Does the callback form actually work?
Yes, though calling is quicker in a genuine emergency. The form suits questions that aren't urgent.
Can I call you for advice even if I'm not booking a job?
Yes. If it's a quick safety question, like what to do about a smell of gas, call and ask, no booking required.
Do you charge more to come out faster?
No. There's no separate after-hours or weekend rate added on top of the agreed price.

Local FAQs for Naremburn
What should Naremburn homeowners know about their pipes?
A lot of Naremburn's Federation-era cottages still run original supply and drainage pipework, old enough now that a fault showing up isn't unusual.
Do Naremburn's older terraces still have galvanised supply pipes?
Many do. Original supply and drainage pipe under these cottages tends to give out unannounced once it's old enough, rather than showing gradual warning signs.
Do apartments in Naremburn have different plumbing issues to houses?
Yes. Shared risers and common fittings in the newer townhouse and unit stock fail differently to the original pipework under an older cottage.
Does heavy rain cause extra problems in Naremburn?
It can. The older drains feeding toward Flat Rock Creek get overwhelmed in a heavy downpour, pushing water back up into some of the lower yards nearby.
